Adam Bronstein is a guitar player from Buffalo, NY known for his clever songwriting and playful improvisation. Focusing on guitar at the forefront of its sound, his music is instrumental with influences ranging from bebop through fusion, soul-jazz & psychedelia.

Adam has independently released 3 studio albums in the past three years: Intention/Invention (Nov 2022), ABtrio (Dec. 2023); & most recently Jazz ≠ Jazz (Aug 2024) – as well as a live release “Live at Black Dots” (Feb 2024)
Between touring with his trio including several independent tours across the northeast and midwest United States, Adam spends his time on the road with Louis Prima Jr & The Witnesses, as well as the soul jazz quintet Ellen Pieroni & The Encyclopedia of Soul.
Adam has recently headlined the North Stage at the MICA Michigan Jazzfest, and has played at the Northwest Jazz Festival, and the Erie Blues and Jazz Festival as well as at premier jazz clubs across the country including The Fillmore (New Orleans, LA) The Bop Stop (Cleveland, OH), Merrymans Playhouse (South Bend, IN) Ginger Rabbit (Columbus, OH), UrbanBeat (Lansing, MI), BLU+ Jazz (Akron, OH), Williamsburg Music Center (Brooklyn, NY), Con Alma (Pittsburg, PA) and more.
Adam was nominated “BEST JAZZ GUITARIST” and ABtrio as well as Jazz ≠ Jazz were respectively nominated “BEST JAZZ RELEASE” in the 2024 and 2025 Jazz Buffalo Readers Poll. Adam has played alongside Bobby Millitello, Brownman, Dave Schiavone and ABtrio has shared bills with Samara Joy, Pasquale Grasso, Walter Blanding, Ghost Note, Paris Monster & more.
PRESS HIGHLIGHT: Former Buffalo News music critic Jeff Miers calls Adam “one of our scene’s finest jazz guitarists and composers” and says “(his group’s) soloing is inventive and melodic in equal measure” calling the music “laid back, soulful and fueled by astute interplay”
